Divide equally among 4 plates and arrange in order:
1 head butter lettuce or bagged baby lettuce
1/2 cup snow peas, jullienned
2 Granny Smith apples, cut into a small dice and sprinkled with lemon juice
1 cup HoneyBaked Ham, cut into julienne
6 1/2 oz Bleu Cheese, Crumbled
1/4 cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
Dressing: In a food processor or blender combine:
The juice of 2 lemons, ( or 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar for a yummy variation)
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 Tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
Add in a thin stream and process:
1/2 cup olive oil
Then add and combine:
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
Grated zest (rind) of 1 lemon (optional)
